HOW DO I ENTER?

 You can not enter the Championship with just one entry for the three rounds.  You have to enter each Championship Round separately.  Here are a few things you should be aware of:
  • You must submit a separate Entry Form for each Championship Round - the Entry Form for each Championship Round is prepared by the Organising Club and that is to whom you send your entry.
     
  • The Entry Fee may vary between each Championship Round - this reflects both the different circuits and Organisers for each round.
     
  • Your entry fee in each round includes a 'Championship Fee' of $15.00 - this fee contributes to the cost of trophies for the Championship.
     
  • The method of entry for each Championship Round is specified in the Supplementary Regulations for that round by the Organiser of that round.
     
  • Entry in one Championship Round gives your entry in the next round preference - as a Register of the entries competing in the Championship will be maintained by the VSEAP
     
  • The relevant documents you will need to download or have access to are provided in the 'Entry Form & Regulations' section of this site.

    The first round of the Championship (Round 1) will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2011.  Further details can be found elsewhere on this site.
